KAZCHEMISTRY Association of Chemical Industry ULP is a non-profit organization that unites about 30 enterprises of chemical and related industrial sectors

Our team

Moldakhmetov Tolegen

General director

Graduate of L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, Faculty of Economics. He completed his Master's degree in Management at the University of International Business (UIB).

Previously, he held senior positions in the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", in private manufacturing companies. He has experience working in projects in the field of consulting and implementation of investment projects.

Tomiriz Arystanova

Executive Director

Previously, she held the position of Acting Head of the Department of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, after 6 years she worked in the Department of Manufacturing Industry of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", where she supervised the chemical industry.

The total experience in the chemical industry is more than 10 years.

Курирует работу в рамках получения Индустриальных сертификатов, участие в выставках, проведение семинаров.

Зифа Якупова

Советник Генерального директора

Специалист в области анализа и формирования большого массива данных в органах статистики, экономист, МВА.

Курирует вопросы оказания государственных мер поддержки бизнеса (промышленность), включая вопросы подготовки предложений по законопроектам и НПА. Ведет отраслевую аналитическую работу.

Achievements

Participation in development and approval of the list of chemical industry commodity producers in Samruk-Kazyna SWF JSC procurement, which obliges customers to buy it from domestic manufacturers as a priority

Eliminating barriers related to the requirement of KazMunayGas NC JSC for absence of chlorine-containing organic matter in chemical reagents in accordance with the EAEU technical regulation (045/2017)

Participation in development of the draft road map on development of chemical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2021–2025)

Participation in the working group of Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP on optimization of the UND GWS codes (Unified Nomenclature Directory of Goods, Works and Services)

Inclusion of proposals in the action plan of JSC NWF Samruk-Kazyna to support domestic producers for 2020

Eliminating barriers of large subsoil users of an oil and gas sector on the requirements of mandatory laboratory testing of chemical products for presence of CCOM (chloride-containing organic matter)

Assistance to chemical enterprises in concluding the off-take agreement (the 3rd long-term agreement) within the framework of the Program on creation of Samruk-Kazyna SWF JSC new production facilities
